The Perimeter View® PV360PLUS camera system gives the driver a 360° view around the school bus, eliminating blind spots and increasing visibility.

Safety is the most important thing on a school bus and the greatest benefit of the PV360PLUS is increasing driver visibility of everything immediately around the bus.  The PV360PLUS will increase the bus driver’s confidence allowing them to see areas that they could not normally see, heightening the driver’s experience.  Maneuverability is greatly improved, the SVM system(Surround View) will take the guess work out of backing into a tight spot, pulling up for a stop, or even going to fuel pumps.  

What makes it PLUS? - While the original PV360 was the first surround view camera systems for school busses the PV360PLUS is now the 3rd generation of this system.  We have added on board recording as a standard feature.  Simply add a Micro-SD card to the ECU and whenever the system is powered on, it is recording.  Multiple channels of recording with customizable camera views.  Interior cameras are now an option, up to 4 - recording to the same SD Card.  Now the exterior and interior camera recordings are easily accessed if needed.  An on board accelerometer detects for impact, sudden acceleration, veer off of axis - these are stored in a separate partition on the SD Card and are overwritten last.
